Who can build dynamic webpage for The Flush Challenge (a big water conservation project)

Dear all, This month we will launch The Flush Challenge which and start our mission to save 10 million liters of water by reducing the amount of water of the toilet flush tank. The idea for this challenge came after we had reduced the water level of 1.700 flush tanks in our community in South India. It was great fun to see that by joining hands and a little effort (it only takes one minute per flush tank) we are now saving 11.000 liters of water a day, 3.9 million liters a year. We would like to challenge ourselves and now join hands with our brothers and sisters worldwide. Everyone is welcome to join, but our focus will be on young people. The challenge has in general 2 goals: - Saving 10 million liters of water a day - so we really need to join hands with a lot of flush tanks need to be adjusted :) - At the same time it is an awareness campaign that there is worldwide water crisis and it's better not to use/waste a lot of precious water. We need to set up different communication tools and one of them is a website with a dynamic homepage (with database). The website consists of 2 pages, the homepage and an “About The Challenge” page. The most important part of the homepage is the LIVE FLUSH UPDATE. This brings everything to live. People can upload their flush tank info and everyone can see/track the actual status (total amount of flush tanks that are adjusted and the amount of water saving per day and per year). So the homepage is a kind of dynamic page which uploads and downloads data from the database. People upload their water saving per flush tank and the database calculate the totals, which are automatically uploaded to the homepage. Please see attached file to get an idea. We are looking for someone with expertise of making dynamic pages in combination with a database...and is able to create the homepage design in the attached file in an accurate way. We can provide images, photos, text..the content. Regarding the budget, we are no official organization, just people joining hands and pay everything out of our own pocket. So we don't have a huge budget. Maybe this project will not pay off in a financial way, but we are looking for people who would like to do something for the planet and know that it will pay off in other ways (emotional, your webpage will be shared with a lot of people).
