We, a publishing house in Germany, are looking for one or two motivated freelancers with a sense of responsibility for address research and duplication checks. Requirements - fluent English (speaking and writing) - reliability - Computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, E-Mail, Internet (especially Websites and databases), address capture Working hours & salary ca. 160 hours per month – 2-3 € per h Your prospects / we offer open time-management long-term cooperation (over a number of years) prompt payment Main Activities/Tasks - Search for the trade fair website and exhibitor database - Download the data of the current exhibitors from the database - Compare the downloads with the data of the previous year manually - Remove the duplications and non-exhibitors - Search the addresses of the new exhibitors (in the exhibitor list, Google or Homepage of the company) - Copy and paste the collected data (address) with the tool „ContactGrabber“ we provide - Export the address with the „Export“ button into the Excel-list and transmit the data (including full address, Phone No., E-Mail and Homepage) Please make us an offer regarding working hours and your salary.
