Website design using Magento Admin

We are an online retail company with a new website opening soon. For this purpose we would like to get help from serious professionals. In order to complete this project our webstore needs to be redesigned . We want to have an electronic webstore really focus to sell without loose quality of service to our clients. Some main points that we would like to get are: 1- Homepage slide show ( Is already in, just needs to be modify ). The first slide have to be announcing the we offer FREE SHIPPING in all our products. 2- Homepage with main links like : Customer service, About us, Terms and Conditions, Contact us, How to, Site map, Search Terms, Advanced search...... 3- Homepage be introduced our Copyright information and eventually get out of the default template information at the bottom of this page. 4- Home page be introduced products using terms like : Today's Featured Deals, Shop Bestsellers, Deals under $ 30, Popular searches, Popular Brands, Popular Products. 5- Home page and rest of the pages be introduced banners. 6- WEBSTORE PROFESSIONAL LOGO. 7- Once selected a product, this page have to be in a 3 columns design offering in either of right column or left column : More recommendations , You may consider, Frequently bought together. 8- Once add to Cart the product, we would like to introduce in the main column terms like : Our product experts also recommend, Customers who bought this item also bought. Of course, all these links need to be supported by the respective products. We would like to get terms for the links very similar to the examples that we have provided above. This is not the only project that the selected professional will does for us. We have new webstores coming soon and also we would like to make changes to the webstore design from time to time and we will need the same type of help.
