They are creative and have a complete set of skills to bring together beautiful and fully functional websites that project the right image, are highly integrated with all the latest social medias and are ready to use. They are proactive in their approach with our business and are able to consistently come to the table with innovations and ideas. We trust them 100% and they are responsive to our requests and strategies. They are a mechanic in their approach and have the ability to operate the sites exceptionally well. The person must also be passionate about keeping all of our websites fresh, up to date and focused on adding value for every visitor. Our sites must be user friendly and constructed in a way so it is easy to upload information on a regular basis. The person will also possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively and clearly explain the functionality of the applications listed below so he or she can teach other people in the business the core skills required to easily operate and update the applications. Specific Skills The “Website Guru” will have to be able to, or able to coordinated another person to function the following applications: • Construct, build and design a new look website which includes a membership and personal profiling aspect • Integration of ALL social media applications • Write effective BLOGS • E-books • Audio books • Slideshare • Digg • Effectively use Twitter • Podcasts • Webinars • YouTube • Be able to deal with iphone/ Blackberry & Palm applications
