Metro style webpage mock

Please read the entire project description and requirements before placing a bid. This project is for a prototype (proof of concept) to what will become a larger website. The prototype is a single page and does not have to be a real website, a mock or a set of images will be sufficient, no programming skills required. I am looking for a high-end designer who understands the modern / metro design concept introduced by Microsoft. You must adhere to the "less is more" principle and be able to create mocks of a website of similar style as these: ○ [login to view URL] ○ [login to view URL] ○ [login to view URL] THE REQUIREMENTS: These are the specific requirements: - One page - Select attractive color set for professional website - Create some images (themes and samples will be provided). The images will be in the form of tiles, word clouds, silhouettes. - Help define the process flow of the webpage - Metro / modern style SKILLS REQUIRED: These are the skills required for the graphic designer: - Ability to design simple images, icons, tiles in metro style - Excellent taste for modern websites following the principle that "less is more". - Experience and mastery of website usability and user experience. THE RULES: These are the rules for bidding on this project. If you do not read and adhere to these rules you will not be considered. 1. Skype or other meetings will not take place until project is awarded. 2. To increase your chances please send us sample work you have done which is relevant to the project (metro style websites, metro style tiles and icons) 3. Creative and artistic. There is a high degree of creativity and authentic artwork is required. If you have samples of these please submit them with your bid to increase your chances. 4. Staying close to the budget increases your probability of being selected. There is a maximum budget of $400 for the initial prototype. 5. You agree to provide authentic content that you have created, we will not accept copyrighted or plagiarized content. If you are awarded this project and knock our socks off, you will be selected in priority for future phases of this project.
