Wordpress header and theme customization - repost

I posted this project once and I didn't get any bids from people that I wanted to do business with. In an effort to avoid that end result again, let me list some things here at the top...please start here and if you are not ok with anything I have said here, please don't bid. I will not hire you if you have less than 75% completion rate. If you are BRAND NEW, then that's ok, but your portfolio had better be pretty amazing! I will not hire you if you don't have a portfolio somewhere so I can see examples of work you have done before. I will also not pay UP FRONT. I am fine with a 25% milestone as the first payment, but I will not pay up front. I have had issues with people bidding and then never even starting, so it's my personal choice to not pay until there is proof that the project has been started. Please do not bid if you are not ok with that. Also, you MUST speak English FLUENTLY. If I email you and you don't understand me, find someone to translate or just let me know and then we will not work together. I need to be able to communicate clearly with you. Finally, I will address the fact that this is a new account. I've used this site many, many times, but it's been quite a few years since I have, so I started a new account. However, in a situation like this, *I* get the benefit of the doubt since I am the customer. If you have an issue with the fact that I haven't made freelancer the center of my universe and have all kinds of PROOF that I'm a paying customer (like most place in the world, including a regular STORE), then please just don't bid on my project. We're talking about a a few hundred dollars of graphic design. It's not life or death here. I don't have time to mess around, I'm just here to get some graphic design done. That is proof that I'm an ethical business person and I have no problem sharing that information. Thanks for your interest, hopefully I'll find someone this time around! So now on to what I actually need...I've had a website for a few years and it's time for a design change! Its a Wordpress site, so I need a header graphic and for the theme to be customized to match it. The site's subject matter is adult, but the site itself is only PG-13. There is no nudity on the site and there will be none in the graphic design I'm requesting, but you will be exposed to adult subject matter if you look at the site. I love the standard/old fashioned cheesy kind of "porn" look to a site though and prefer that type of style. That information will be given to you before the project begins, if you are not already familiar with their policies. If you are, please mention that in your bid as I would prefer to work with someone who has experience with Niteflirt, if possible. I have more websites to overhaul, so this could turn into multiple jobs for the right person. To clarify, I need: 1. Wordpress theme customization, including customized header graphic 2. Matching (but not identical) Niteflirt listing design (consisting of just a few graphics and layout design, usually around $100 worth of work)
