I have 5-10 Photoshop templates that I need converted into HTML5 web pages. These are not PSD files, but rather, flat images (not layered). These web pages will become templates (with your help) for my own team to continue to code into our website. The Photoshop templates that I have may need further design from your team, and I would say that they are about 95% complete. Plus, we may need some additional template designs to be developed based on these that we will provide you. So, part of this project is to create a proper template design specification from Photoshop files we will present to you. Then, the template designs will be developed into HTML5 code with CSS3. So, your deliverable to us will be HTML5 code with appropriate CSS3 style sheets. Our site is based on a Microsoft Windows Server (IIS), and we still use Active Server Pages (ASP). This project will not require you to produce ASP pages, but if you have that knowledge, it is good to know. We mainly code our ASP pages using VBScript. We also want you to help us take our template designs and code HTML5 with Media Queries, so that the HTML5 code will scale down to mobile and tablet devices. Our current template designs are designed for PC and MAC viewing, and we have not designed a spec for mobile. We want one set of code to be viewed in all platforms. It is possible that eventually we will look to outsource the ongoing development and maintenance of our website, so that is also something to keep in mind.

Hello, I can easily code your psd images into html5/css3. My bid is placed for 10 templates. Out of couriosity can you please attach one of the them in order to check it? Depending on the complexity I can develop one per day in order to make it responsive and such. Do you prefer to place accent on certain media queries? Do you prefer bootstrap ? Should they be adaptive or responsive? From my experience I prefer responsive than adaptive its more fluid. Lets discuss further into more details Regards, Anna

As for Asp, if you wish, I can write it. If you're going to use an Access database, it's a good side. Or, I can use VB.NET (recommended). The rest is guaranteed.
