Membership Website

I am looking for someone to build me a website. The website will be pretty simple with a membership feature. The main objective of the website is to get members who are willing to donate $0.10 each month to the website. I want the system to charge members $0.10 from their preferred payment method each month; put $0.07 aside (the total collected each month will be donated to a charity) and I will receive the $0.03 for website expenses and personal use. This website will give people a chance to donate to charities in amount that they won't even recognize. The main objective is to get as much as directed traffic (people interested in donating) to the website; show them that our website is reliable and secure for payment processing and get them to enroll in our "donate 10 cents each month to make a change" campaign. I want to sell wristbands for this cause on the homepage; which will also be in a donation form; each donation to the website will be $10 and this includes a wristband with free domestic shipping in the USA, I want to be able to charge for international shipping here. The website is going to have only 3 submenus; Home: this is where we will shortly explain our cause to the visitors, show them our website is secure; give them a chance to easily enroll in this 10 cents a month donation program. If and when people do enroll in the program (this means the first 10 cents is charged from the visitors), I want the system to automatically send them an e-mail congratulating their care for this cause. I want to give customers also the opportunity to cancel their membership at any time and not be included in the next billing cycle. On the Home page I want a window to be able to get donations directly to the web-site for $10 and this includes a free wristband of this cause (I want to add a picture to the box). Press: I want this page to be blog style (drag and drop videos, photos and texts) and I need an admin panel to edit this page whenever needed. Contact Us: this page will feature an automated contact us message box and the e-mails will be forwarded to the web-pages e-mail account which the website builder will open for me. I bought a premium domain for this website and it is; [login to view URL]; since the domain is a premium name, I think we can get a lot of directed traffic. I would appreciate if the builder can do SEO and get some directed traffic to the website when it's done.
