I want to create an APP for an iphone. This APP would be for the Australian Conveyancing market and should firstly be a stamp duty calculator for each state it should have Government charges i.e. registration fees for Transfer and mortgages along with Torrens Assurance Fund at the Land and Property Department. i would also like a page which refers to a Quotation for Conveyancing and refer them to my website which should be an interactive online conveyancing website available for each State. I can only do conveyancing for NSW however, if the APP is used by interstate people then I would be able to refer them to local Conveyancers and receive a fee for this service/referral.
