Edgy website design for e-commece business

I need someone to design an e-commerce website for an extreme sports jewellery range. I will also need help with getting it online and into search engines. I need to be able to update it myself with new products once it is online. This is a start up business and I am a university student so I dont have a big budget. I am open to buying a template and getting you to customise it or having you design the site from scratch. Other than using e-commerce websites I dont know much about all of this stuff so I cant tell you exactly what I need, I guess you need to ask me all of the questions that I need to consider- I am hoping to find someone that can advise me on a number of issues such as website hosting fees, verisign etc. These are some of the templates I like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please do not bid if you are a company - I have already gone down that road and it is out of my price range. This would be best suited to an IT student who would like to gain experience and earn some extra money. My max budget is $350.
