Build a Very Basic WordPress Theme

I require a freelancer to build a WordPress theme which I can then just install. The theme must have: >solid background colour >text title at top left of header >navigation links at top right of header >two templates: ---homepage must have three columns (left sidebar, center to contain page text, right sidebar) ---other pages must have two columns (left sidebar, center to contain page text) >left sidebar MUST have vertical hover over flyout navigation (rectangular coloured boxes containing navigation heading and description. on hover over the rectangular box must change colour and 'flyout' additional rectangular navigation boxes to the right which will also change colour on hover over). >right sidebar must contain matching rectangular navigation boxes, but of a different colour and should not have a flyout. I will provide a basic design (box sizes etc) and exact colour scheme when project is awarded. The WordPress theme must not be "stolen" from anyone else and must be unbranded (no "made by xyz" on it).
