Wordpress Theme LTR - RTL modification

Hi everybody! I need to modify a wordpress theme from LTR to RTL. No need to modify graphics (will be provided) - you need to modify the appropriate css files. The theme is called "Core", and is found here: [login to view URL] This can grow into a long-term relationship, we are looking to find somebody who does the job well, in good time, at a reasonable price. Important: 1. Bidding is per the project, not per hour. I will ignore any per-hour bids. 2. Modification is for both the theme and the template setup pages in the admin panel. (Wordpress admin panel is already localized, only the template setup tab must be modified to RTL) 3. We need the theme to be perfectly modified - this means that our QA team must approve 100%. Input: Wordpress theme (Core) Sample texts / Modified Logo .png / Fonts / Sample images (anything graphic that is required for modification will be supplied) WP installed & ready for QA purposes FTP access for easy testing & modification Output: Modified Wordpress theme that is completely RTL (both theme and admin tab) and works well, including responsive versions of the theme.
