Add an Email subscription /referral scheme to our Wix platform website

We are as start-up building our first website using [login to view URL] for marketing text/video/photo's etc. We are product pre-launch and want to generate qualified leads by building an email subscription list. WIX standard tools enable us to collect email addresses for folk who sign up, but we want to add an inventive/referral scheme to this. So on the email subscription page , next to the email entry field ,we want to add Call to Action button that generates a link uniquely tied to that email address entry. We want to immediately send that link to the email address entered. When that person ( 1st party) gives this link to another who clicks it , it brings them to our same email entry subscription page. Then when that 2nd party enter their email address we record this event against the sender's (1st party) email address in our list, i.e. the sender ( 1st party, and now a referrer) gets a point credited towards their email address. We require all the email addresses stored with their reference scores in CSV format downloadable from our site.
