Build me website

I am planning to start my start up. I started making my website hosted on wix.com. But it is not fast and I can not do the things I want. Do the IT leaders also use such platforms to host their websites? Is there any other solution than using hosting sites? Who will help me in those better ways? I want to hire them? I have posted my start-up idea on ketto for crowd funding just now. It is not yet live. My friends liked my idea. Hope I get funded. But if I get funded, I may look for a better website. I have multiple products and I need umbrella [login to view URL] branding is like->facebook, amazon, OLX, [login to view URL], bharatmatrimony etc. Each of them is specialized for 1 specific purpose. Umbrella branding means-> I have 1 website swulj. Under SwULJ are different websites- social media, online shopping, old item buy/sell, real-estate, matrimony etc. So, multiple web-sites under 1 web-site. I need web-site under web-site. example- my website address is [login to view URL] On loading the website, it shows the menu bar on [login to view URL] it menu_bar1. It has fields- home, sw orders, Products and services, feedback, about us, contact us, careers, past employees. Under Products and services menu item, I have sub-menus- matrimony, amazon adds, printed-tshirts. I want when matrimony is clicked, the menu_bar1 should disappear and show menu_bar2. Its fields should be- super home, home, search, matches, mail box, upgrade. On clicking super home, the menu_bar2 should disappear and menu_bar1 should be shown. So, under swulj website main menu, I want to embed other websites like- OLX, [login to view URL], bharatmatrimony etc. There will be atleast 15 different sub-websites. Each of them will be under Products and services menu item. On clicking each item, it should behave like a fresh another website. I need time and cost estimations.
