Build a Website - Social Network for Events (Website + Mobile App)

My idea is to have a way to create, manage and communicate events among friends. It would be a social network in its functionality but I really don't want it to appear as one. For the average user it will be used purely as a social calendar. This is how I envision it would work: If I want to create an event, I would do so similar to how I would on any other social network. However when it comes to responding to invitations, I wouldn't want my contacts to be required to sign up if they didn't want to. (I really don't want this to be viewed as another social network, even though it is.) The invitations would primarily work off contacts I have on my phone (mobile number or email) and enable me to engage with all the potential attendees of an event. Like a CRM for events. So I could list people I wish to come to the event and easily start sending them text messages one by one or in bulk and manage their responses. Also an option to send a unique link to a specific contact to RSVP to the event. In essence like a minor CRM for each event. Like a sales person managing leads for sales, It would be an individual managing potential attendees for an event. So in essence a tool to assist with the management or promoting an event to their contacts. If someone signed up then they would be automatically connected with the option to opt out from someone's list who has their contact details. There would be groups as well managed by an admin who determines what invitations would go to the group if its a private one. Private and public based on events people might have interest in, friend groups, etc Without going into the finer details, the main functionality that I desire are: 1. Social Network functionality for networking, groups, event rsvp management, viral effect, user streams 2. Attendee CRM - Manage and market to potential attendees of events. 3. Groups - Private or public, social network functionality more or less. 4. Ticketing - like eventbrite/event espresso (Wordpress Plugin) 5. Venue management - Venues can manage people who book their venue. Venues should also be a user type. 6. Services Booking - for people to add to Djs, decor, security, mobile bars, catering, photographers etc 7. Events Wizard - This is eventually going to be the big selling point for the platform. A step by step wizard that can be run on a mobile device that would take a user step by step to creating an event. Creating the event and making suggestions, to calculating ticket price to cover all costs. Ideally, fees can either be settled off ticket sales or upfront. Depending on how each user type, prefers.
