Troubleshooting - Fix issue with WPTheme links, integration of WL Member & WP estore with Mail Chimp

I am building a membership website that will have a variety of membership levels, subscriptions and products that are integrated with an e-store. Some of the technology is frustrating me and taking way too long because I am not a programmer or technical guru. 1. I would love help integrating the wordpress theme properly with my plugins and am having huge challenges trying to get LINKS to be visible within the theme pages (i.e shopping cart links and external websites). The only way I can show a link is if I make a button for it. (Drives me crazy!) For someone in the know this should be an easy fix. I am not in the know. ;) 2. I am building a membership site and having challenges understanding how it works and how to set it up (despite having watched all the videos). I have it in process of set up and am somewhat confused about how it integrates with my e-store and email auto responder - do you understand Wishlist Member? I would love to be able to add a "brand" to the auto responder emails, but I'm not sure where or how to do this or even if it is possible. 3. I need to add downloadable files (vimeovideo/audio/PDF) and folders to certain membership pages. I'm not sure of the best way to do this and am open to suggestion. I have placed a series of tabes.... but can't figure out how to insert the file into the tabs. (Sounds silly, I know). 4. Help me figure out a good system for PDF DOCUMENT download and embedding of linked files in emails. Right now I am have a PDF file that is part of an email list building campaign that people are having trouble accessing and I don't know why this is an issue. Something isn't working right, either the auto responder links, the lead pages landing page links or the problem is on their end... 5. I might also need some advice about WP e-store set up... it seems ok right now as I work with it however I'm not sure I have the auto responder set up properly. Can you help?
