I need a payment plugin created for wordpress that I can list on the wordpress platform. I need it for my own site as a test and to then be presented as my own plugin that I can offer to other clients. There is an intergration document available that shows how it works and what information is required to be passed. I also have the merchant number etc... I would say it would be helpful if there was some understanding of the chinese language although it is not essential by any means I will require a NDA to be signed VERY IMPORTANT: I NEED THIS PROJECT TO BE FINISHED PROFFESIONALLY AND BOXED UP AS A COMPLETE FINISHED AND WORKING PLUGIN.
