I want this link's video [login to view URL] playing like it does in IE with the lip movement synchronized to the audio and not like it does in Google Chrome, and you will have to watch all of the video to notice it. If you are on a mobile connect to WiFi because 5G is too slow, and you must also double-tap on the screen for these types of videos [login to view URL] which I don't want to do in the mobile or desk top browsers. The mobile browser should work on all devices like tablet's I pad's android's etc. When and only when you have watched them carefully in each browser please bid with the actual price and time you need or you will not be awarded the project.
