Gravity Forms Development for Wordpress Site

I need a skilled Wordpress developer who can successfully create a fully functioning form, based on the Gravity Forms plugin. The form is designed to walk users through the process of sending us evaluation requests for us valuing and potentially buying their library of books. The form should have the following. Key Features: - Text fields to capture input, including an overall description of the library. - Drop down to specify the size of the library. - Capability for users to take and upload image files of their libraries. - Capability for users to upload spreadsheets, etc. Design Requirements: - Custom colors and fonts that align with my brand's guidelines. - Should have certain branding elements like my logo and specific imagery. - The form should respond well on all devices. - Needs to be integrated seamlessly into the existing website style. My site is not on Wordpress, so we will host this form on Wordpress and access it via a subdomain on the existing site. - It should be user-friendly, with a stage-by-stage interaction style similar to a [login to view URL] form for simplicity and ease of use. (If appropriate) - The form will need to be designed to match the existing design of the website, so that it feels seamless to users. Validation and Error Handling: - Mandatory field validation is needed to ensure key information isn't missed. - Customized error messages so users understand clearly what has gone wrong in case of form submission fail. Form output: - We want the result of the from to output a file (perhaps .xls, or similar), with fields populated by form inputs, images, and name, contact, and date of submission, so that we can use this form to conduct valuations and take valuation notes and return valuation to clients. - We would like this output to be emailed to us when a form is submitted. Ideal skills include expertise in Gravity Forms, knowledge of custom PHP, Javascript, responsiveness, and a good sense of web design. Knowledge of other CMS platforms is also helpful.
