Member/nonmember and events addon devlopment for existing Wordpress site

This is a non-profit organization, [login to view URL], Georgia Addiction Council Association, USA. They provide addiction certifications, events and documentation to paying members and non-members. 2 Years ago they signed up with [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and it is not working out, they are seeking other means. Membership is annually it last for one year. Membership is completely voluntary but it does get them discounts on applications which is why we have the member vs non-member rates on applications. Our drug and alcohol counselors certifications renew once a year for the CCITs, once every two years for the CACI and CACII’s, and once every four years for the CCS’s. We also have education providers that renew annually but membership does not affect the rates whatsoever with provider education. These members that have memberships and certifactions should be able to renew memberships and certifications via credit card or auto pay. Members and non-members have rights to different pieces of information per paid and non-paid. GACA hosts events and seminars 3 times a year. These events and seminars are open to both members and non-members. The events, classes or seminars for the events are offered to members and non-members at different costs. Example: A member may sign up for a seminar for $50 because he/she is a member. Non-members attending the same seminar pays $60 because he/she is a non-member. Need to be able to use mail chimp or constant contact for mail marketing. Need to use PayPal as the payment gateway Need to be able to export database from Wordpress site to csv for internal use
