Simple 8 page WordPress website COPIED don't need any design I just want someone to copy existing pages

I have a simple eight page website that was built in WordPress and it is giving me SERIOUS security problems and I want it rebuild in another theme and I will pay for a theme but it MUST MUST be a secure theme with secure plugins that CANNOT be hacked My criteria is that it MUST be secure and it must be a reasonable quick turnaround and the theme must have some sort of UX type builder that makes changes easy for the client I run a IT business and this is for a client and it is my hosting server you will use for production. I want the copy site built on a test server so the client can approve it and then ported over to my server. This way I can keep the existing site live to the new site is ready. My server is a shared server so you won't have admin access to the server or CRON access so when you migrate over from test to live you can only use tools like control panel access, PHPMyAdmin and FTP and tools like that. If you use any plugins for migration everything (any unneeded plugins must be removed prior to any final payment. I cannot tress enough that security is of utmost importance and I will be looking for someone who uses the least amount of plugins as that will reduce any risks. I would also like the theme bought in my name so I can purchase theme support There are eight pages on the website. The only extra is there is a mail-chimp plugin used for a mailing list so as people sign up for the mailing list it is posted to a mailing list in MailChimp So eight pages to be copied in Word Press. The design already exists and will not change. all logos and other media is ready. The existing site has a UX builder to make site modification easy for the user and I want to buy the theme you recommend in my name so I can have access to theme support I expect this to be a low cost project as you are no doing any design work and there will be no design changes and very little need for design reviews as all the design and media exist already so this will make the work quick and straight forward I will pick maybe 3 freelances who have impressive feedback on WordPress and share the URL with those people only before a final price is agreed.
