Social Networking Website like FB - Scaled Down - WordPress Maybe

Posting again with more clarity. I want to create a smaller version of FB for my industry. I want to strip away MANY of the FB features, like Pages, Blogs, Games, Fundraisers and many other things. Many FB scripts and social platforms you can buy are already missing many of those things. They just have the basics. For me, that's good. I'm thinking BuddyBoss as the platform - [login to view URL] I don't know how it works exactly, but you'd probably have all the features/options and ask me, "Marc, do you want this feature included?" (PLEASE SEE THE BOTTOM FOR NON-WORDPRESS IDEAS) And I would be using a combination of 3 templates for the design - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (I've attached a rough idea of the landing page) I'd use HostGator. For the front-end user, I mostly want it to look like the Community one, with changes in the location of things. At the top, I love the 5 images that look like news stories, and I would actually like to make those news stories that I can place there in admin - use an image, a headline, and link to an outside site. Members should have easy access to groups, members, a marketplace, and their own timeline. If they are friends, they need to be able to write on each other's profiles - PM - all those typical things. Groups - Anyone can create a group, but only me, the website admin, can approve it and activate it. They need to submit the Group Name and Group Description, then know that admin will look it over and approve it or ask for further information within 48 hours. I need to be able to appoint and remove admins from all groups as well (if needed). Marketplace - One location - not geographically divided. So everyone posts their items for sale in one place. The member can look at all of them on a grid and do a marketplace search as well. On FB when you hover over a member's name/photo, their profile highlights pop up (name, location - whatever they made public -things like that) - that is important for my site as well. I have seen some scripts and platforms that do NOT have that feature. I don't know if BuddyBoss does or not, but it's important because... 1 - We want that easy access to Add Friend or Send Message 2 - I want CODES to show up next to member names. When signing up, the member must select at LEAST one CODE that will appear after (or below) their name (they can select up to 3). And I need in admin to be able to add, remove or change CODES (and member's selections). Some CODE examples they can select when signing up (CODE on left) - A-Z - Attending A-Z Program PS - Attending Project Steno Program TH - Theory Student WPM+1 - 60-100 Words Per Minute WPM+2 - 110-150 Words Per Minute RPR - Registered Professional Reporter RMR - Registered Merit Reporter So their name may show up like John Smith - (WPM+2 - RPR - TH) Something like that - next to the name or below - so they don't have to go to the member's profile to see the codes. I would need to be able to change the images used on the website. I would provide those. I would love the option of adding a custom set of emojis (in addition to whatever is provided by the platform) to be used by members as comments or in their posts. I want to have an advertising option - that automatically places ads every designated amount of wall posts - some kind of ad option that I control in admin. ADMIN - I need CLEAR instructions on how to use the admin side of things. I have used the WordPress admin before, but not very well. I will select someone based on good communication, bid amount and experience/ratings. Please don't show me projects that are NOT like this one. If you have one LIKE this, please show me. If you have NON-WordPress ideas you think are better, please share. If this project is done right, I will need it done a second time (95% the same) for another website. Incentive to do it right!
