I have a WordPress website running Elementor with Astra theme. A few months ago we switched hosting providers and I have been having issues with the website since then that have gotten worse. I am currently encountering the following issues: *Unable to create new posts, pages or templates. I receive a "fatal error" message *Unable to add new media. I do not receive any error messages, it simply does not add the new media *Unable to add a new user. No error message, just doesn't add the user *Unable to update Elementor plugin past version 3.5.3. If I update the plugin, major layout issues occur throughout the website. I have already tried: *Deactivated every plugin to check for compatibility issues *Tried a different theme *Changed the nameservers from Cloudflare to my hosting provider and back again *Flushed server cache, Cloudflare cache, cookies, etc. *Tried an automatic database repair - made the issues worse Other than the issues mentioned the website otherwise functions as it should, loads quickly, and displays properly other than a few specific templates. Everything is currently up to date other than the Elementor plugin. I spent several days discussing the issues I am having with Elementor's support team and they determined the issues are coming from a corrupted database. This is their comment: "After further investigation, we determined that the issue is coming still from your hosting provider. Your database is corrupted. Please contact your hosting again and tell them to repair the database. we have enabled the error Logs on your website and all of them are pointing to the database. Also if you try to create a new page you can't or if you try to access the Media still you can't. Please let them know to check the logs." After several days of working with my hosting provider, they were unable to resolve the issues. I am looking for someone to look into the specific issues mentioned. Someone with experience both with database repair and WordPress websites. This may be a simple fix like a line of code in the database that shouldn't be there or something more complex.
