The box - raspberry pi based project

I am wanting to modify an operating system on raspberry pi to auto boot a program which will give users a simple plug and play device which links to a server that holds content. The content will be able to be updated via a server side application which will be read by the raspberry pi and updated on their dashboard. I am wanting to allow streaming of video from the server to the pi, the ability to view images from the server then email them from the pi to an email address. The whole system will need to be scalable and user friendly. Once we have this system up and running the potential for follow on work is massive. I have detailed plans once we have ascertained that this is the type of project your interested in. The pi would have to be compatible with a small wireless keyboard and need almost no user knowledge. The ability for remote access to adjust and configure would be a real bonus. The GUI must be simple and graphics, videos would simply be a section and then the file List would be downloaded from the server and displayed with thumbs and a description. Images would be thumbs clickable to full screen and then a button to email. These files would be priced at zero However I would also require a pay to download shopping cart. The whole box would have to be able to be registered and then save the registration details to my server. I have funds available and would require work to be initiated with in 1 month and would need it finished within 10 weeks. The price would have to be competitive, I would also need someone who can speak English. Graphical artwork will be provided we just need a programmer to tie it all together and make it work.
