X-Plane 11 Plugin for dataref Send/Receive from Arduino Board

X-Plane 11, one of the most knowed Flight Simulator Program, has nothing for connect third party board like Arduino. At the moment, Arduino is the most common interface for create personalized Cockpits. Passing trough my needs, i want to create a Plugin for now and after that make arduino able to READ the UDP Packets - Dataref (Xplane), and send the packets to Xplane for write DATAREF. c++ and or c# knowledge is required for plugins and UDP exchange packet.
