I take rebranding to mean an update to the look and feel of the interface--color scheme and icon graphics at least, to be inline with your company's colors perhaps, or some other theme you may have in mind. Wording of any of the menus/options if desired, updating the author/copyright details, version #. Fairly basic stuff, which is why I estimate just a couple days, no major code changes so it shouldn't require a round of debugging tests, but I would generally come up with a couple different versions to run by you in a case like this, let you get feel of what you like better. Depending on the age of the last release of this, we might want to update the framework version it targets (and of course that change would deserve some testing, just in case, however it rarely causes issues).
