It's an everyday job for a minimum of 3 hours a day and 5 days a week*** Responsibilities: Manage and monitor our social media platforms (Facebook, snapchat, Instagram, TikTok) to ensure timely and engaging interactions with our audience. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, providing accurate and friendly assistance while maintaining our brand voice and guidelines. Foster positive relationships with customers by engaging in conversations, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share customer feedback, ensuring valuable insights are communicated to relevant departments. Proactively identify trends, topics, and opportunities for social media content creation to promote customer engagement and enhance brand awareness. Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices to effectively contribute to the development of our social media strategy. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our customer service efforts and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the Marketing team to align customer service activities with overall brand campaigns and initiatives. Provide weekly reports to the owner, summarizing key activities, customer feedback, and social media performance metrics. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media management role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their features. Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
