The project is very simple. I want an excel should will have a button to retrieve data from an URL, some data will be overwritten and some data will be added. Requirements 1) sometimes there may be a lot of data in the url, so the scripts needs to handle that in a smart way (should not use delay). 2) The solution should be cross-platform and should work in for excel and , probably needs to use a QueryTable as this site recommends ([login to view URL]) 3) Probably you will need to create a VBA Examples: url: [login to view URL] generated file: [login to view URL] file
