I need someone to work Monday to Friday fulltime - Manage bookings for our courier services through platforms like Airtasker and other channels. - Act as the main point of contact for both customers and team members, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed. - Make phone calls and send text messages to customers and team members to confirm bookings, provide updates, and address any issues. - Create and nurture new leads for our company through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods. - Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and scheduling. **Requirements:** - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote setting. - Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred. - Proficiency in using tools like Airtasker, Google Workspace, and CRM software. - Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Brisbane time.
