Idea Sweden - Online Web Operations Specialist WHO WE ARE We are Idea Sweden: reseller, furniture fixer-upper, supplier of anything IKEA from complete furniture assemblies to its bare parts. We have began operating locally on Facebook marketplace in beginning of 2020. We have since grown a marketplace following and maintained a 4-star rating throughout 2020. We sell both new and used furniture on marketplace. In 2021 we started an eBay store under the banner Idea Sweden. We have since spawned two online stores: one in the US and one in CANADA. We have pushed our total listings past 500 for the US store and 200 in the CANADIAN store. Currently the US store will reach 1K total active listings in the coming week and the CANADIAN store will approach its 500 listing milestone. Our rapid growth does present some challenges. • Updating inventory between the 2 eBay stores, Kijiji and Marketplace with our 6 suppliers and on-hand inventory is becoming an increasing challenge. • Maintaining communications with clients, orders and third parties while maintaining our eBay store rating and feedback performance is a challenge. • Follow-up on refunds, complaints, requests, offers and orders is almost none-existent and requires someone with fundamental customer service skills to fill this spot. • Since two people maintain listings on the both the US and CANADIAN eBay stores, listing structure, MPN, listing description and specifications may be missing or incorrect and requires updating. • Keeping up with our supplier have also become a challenge as inventory levels at the supplier end fluctuates daily. We are looking for someone to keep track and help us post trending items for both stores. • Scheduling orders and supplies have also become a challenge between the two eBay stores and marketplace. We are looking for someone to match supplier inventory with orders and create a daily supply shopping cart.
