I have ever designed, simulated and manufactured prototypes of GPS patch antenna(1.575GHz), Wi Fi patach antenna(2.4GHz, 5.4GHz, dual band), 24GHz and 35GHz patch antenna arrays recently. Hello, I study electronics at Politecnico di Torino and my major is wireless system design I can do this for you it will not take too much time and effor of me. Just let me know about the details. Please explain the followings more detailed, Inside aluminium case with opening parts, this sentence gave me some question marks in my head, please explain this part more detailed. Do you want to use fr4 for the antenna and the antenna is like another module connected to your pcb or your design is already fr4, you have an extra space for the antenna and you want me to do it for you ? I can not access to any anechoic chamber right now so if I design it I will send you the design and then you need to test it Best regard

Hi I work in CST and have good understanding of different feature of CST such as importing mechanical structure or using the RF circuit with antenna and simulating all together. I have good experience of various antenna design. I believe I can be able to complete the mention task. Hope you have CAD files of mechanical structure and PCB circuit. if you do then designing of antenna will hardly 2-3 day job with mechanical structure and PCB circuit but if not then time required would be more. to be on the safe side I am quoting 10 days but depend on the material you will provide the job can be done quickly.
