I have over 40 years of experience in electronic circuit design and PCB layout. I have been using KiCAD almost exclusively for over 3 years for internal and open source projects. I create almost 100% of our own KiCad schematic icons and PCB footprints available on our Github site. I also have experience in charging and balancing systems for Lithium Ion and Lithium Iron Phosphate battery systems as well as supercapacitor banks. All of our PCB designs incorporate a lot of test points and silkscreen information for use in debugging and troubleshooting. I will collect all component data for the schematic bill of materials in order to create any necessary PCB footprints and fully understand the circuit function. I will make any recommendations for additional test or diagnostics and update the schematic if necessary. I will lay out a PCB per the specifications and annotate the silkscreen with as much data as possible I will produce the Gerber and NC drill files and review them in Pentalogix Viewmate and other design rule check software for producibility, legibility and design rule errors.

I am experience RF Electrical Engineer. I love KiCad. The schematics and layouts are my strong point. I will update the library both schematic and layout and generate the Gerber files. Also I will recommend suggestions for manufacturers.

KiCad is a great tool; I've been using it as my primary design tool for several months. This project will deliver a DRC verified board design, with screen shots of Wings 3D visualizations, and any necessary library files. i can do that brd in 3days footprints creation,placement ,routing and gerber creation i will give you verified gerbers on 3rd day,but no more changes in schematic with in that time
