Hi, I am an experienced process control engineer with many years working with the Allen Bradley product line of controllers. My proposal to you has the following scope of supply: 1. Review all your hardware connections and power and grounding drawings and update them if needed. 2. Update the P&ID as needed. 3. Supply the project bill of materials as per your hardware drawings. 4. Configure your PLC system using RSLogix and Factory Talk for the specified PLC hardware and software versions. To start the project I will need the connection drawings you have or any schematics, the P&ID of the process and the control narrative. I also need the preferred models of the PLC/PanelVIew hardware or just the PLC if your are using RSView only. There is no information on the amount of inputs and outputs of your project so I am assuming a maximum of 32 I/O points and a maximum of ten operator screens in this project. This amount is for a typical small application. Price and delivery time should be revised if the project results to be larger than this size.
