I have the attached shapefile (ADDRESS_APN.7z, plese use 7-Zip to open it) downloaded from SanGIS ([login to view URL]). I opened the file successfully inside of ArcGIS Explorer (see attached screenshots). There are approximately 100,000 records in the file. I need a freelancer to create for me some Java code to extract the fields ADDRNMBR, ADDRNAME, ADDRZIP, APN, COMMUNITY, X_COORD, and Y_COORD from each record and put them in a Java object. I need the freelancder to ensure that the values of X_COORD and Y_COORD are converted to standard Latitude and Longitude, this is a mandatory requirement. I have attached also another file ([login to view URL]) where you can see some sample addresses with their coordinates obtained from somewhere else. The project must use Java8 and Maven 3.5. The freelancer must include a Unit Test to check that the values match the screen shot for the record shown in the screen shot that I attached below. When I execute "mvn clean test" everything must compile and execute the test cleanly without drama.

Hello, I managed to open the file and there are 1152971 points defined in it. However it seems some auxiliary files are missing(mainly prj, dbf - this one holds the data associated with each point). Relevant Skills and Experience Python, PostGIS, QGIS, OSM (nominatim), Linux Proposed Milestones $200 USD - Write code to extract data I'm confident I can provide a solution but only in Python.
