We have a clients website which is suffering from many calculation issues. We basically need to correct these. The website is built in Magento and has a number of custom functionalities which it is capable of, some of which include the ability for the client to put users on Price bands for e.g 5%, 10%, 15% etc mark up of the origional price (so they see a % increased of the original price).
We have made a document in which we list the custom functionality its capable of and also the issues which it currently has, we believe you will need to look in to the issue before coming back with a quote as the work requires some very highly skilled professional/s to look in to and fix the issue. I have exact solutions for the 54102 5mm and 10mm ribbons based on their Standard Prices by getting 105 Percent.
Howver, i need to know how do you calculate cost for 25mm ? What are the base standard prices for 1mm and how does it decrease with each increasing mm ?
Regarding Paypal, is this difference seen for every order ? Or was it just for this order ? Its better to clarify with Paypal Customer care regarding that.
I have doubts regarding the 5 rolls. How many mm is a roll?
I have not been able to login with the provided credentials.

I'm Alex, full stack dev. Did you tried to play around taxes via the magento admin panel? I fixed one Magento store taxes last week as they got system which calculates VAT wrong or doesn't add shipping price, and many other bugs. All I done is played around Magento administration dashboard.
Your given bugs seems to be related with magento taxes/prices settings, I might look and test something if you're interested but I can't guarantee I can fix it as this is a complex problem.
Would also need to double check paypal gateway.
Anyway, I can lookup.
