You have to implement the OPF in General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) tool for the two different test cases of MATPOWER in MATLAB. One case is 6-bus and another one is 30-bus. I will provide you the codes of MATLAB for both cases.
The tasks are as follows:
1. Identify what type of regulated resources they should use for voltage control for case 1 and Case 2 respectively
2. Identify generators and other resources that exist in the network
3. Prepare time series load and generation data for simulation
4. And write codes in GAMS for OPF for both cases
You must have good knowledge of transmission and distribution system network, electrical power system, and MATPOWER in MATLAB. In addition, you must have skills of coding in GAMS tool to accomplish this task. If you do not meet the requirement, please do not appear to bid.

I use MATpower, SIM power systems, and OpenDSS on a regular basis.
