The successful bidder will be responsible for setting up a web based intranet portal for a small organization to use for the following purposes 1) User Authentication for comprehensive access authentication (we want to define what users see what data). 2) Document management - (upload/download). This includes rights or access to create new folders for storage of documents. Documents will can only be uploaded, downloaded or deleted by users (depending on rights). To view a document - users can click on it or download it to view. If a user clicked on a doc file - they (user) - must have their own software to view it or they can download it. 3) Project Management (multiple - can be more than 1) 4) Shared Schedule (multiple - can be more than 1) Possible Design: TreeView (left-side) of browser is preferred. Single Click Action - throughout design. Simple Color Scheme - Just look professional. We can provide you with an login-account - where it will be your responsibility to install the software, perform the basic configuration, create the initial tests accounts and provide the necessary documentation to allow us to assume administration responsibilities for this Intranet. Regards M! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working Intranet in web-form / Web-Brower form - as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 Server. Current Websever: Abyss Web Server 2X with ASP Extensions Components, PHP and MYSQL installed. IIS will not be installed! Other options we will consider.
