Educational Games

We will be creating about 30 different games for children 3 to 6 year old. There are no specific games that we will be starting with. We would prefer to start with the game that the particular coder suggests to us and he feels most competent at creating. This quote is for the first game only. The result of the work in the first game will determine your involvement in the subsequent games that are part of this educational package. This game will not be in 3D but the next set will be mostly in 3D. Let us see what you have in mind and we will proceed from there. We would need several characters to be drawn. We also need several backgrounds where the action will take place. Therefore, we can use animators as well as flash and java programmers. We will be hiring more than one individual to work on this project . Please refer us to a place that we can see samples of your work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
