updates and logo for my site

Hello…please read below to understand what I need completed. Once you have done that ask me any and all questions you may have prior to bidding please. Also please let me know how much it will cost to complete ALL of the items below and the approximate time frame to complete. Experience preferred. Issues for my site [login to view URL] 1) Fonts don’t match and some are blue. Copy should be black, properly formatted, no italic or bold unless it is called for on a particular word. 2) Remove from the very top of page “[login to view URL]” and replace with we buy houses and we buy ugly houses 3) Remove: Welcome to [login to view URL] 4) I need similar font sizes throughout the body of the text if it is different. 5) Since the site as it currently sits does not inspire what it is intended to and looks and feels like a poorly constructed template site. Here are some quick changes I need to fix that: • I need a real logo made, the blue writing over white background shows no creativity and makes the site look cheap. • Move the top two buttons “Stop Foreclosure” and “Sell your home now” to the left side of the page. • “Credit repair” button to the top of the column on the right. • Put the image of the family under Credit repair. • Copyright remove the year 2004 and just leave the word copyright • Also remove the wording Proximate solutions Thanks for your time and consideration!
