Changes-fixes on a PHP-mySQL Social networking site(repost)

Hi there I have a social networking website that needs some work. The website is located at [login to view URL] Things that need to be done at this point are: Important: Create layout for all pages Use .psd(provided) to create website design Main page: Add: latest online user, latest news, latest forum posts, latest blogs, etc Backend-Admin: User classes have to be added, with different access. Some more CMS features to better handle the website User info has to be more extensive(admin-side now only shows username and some info, I need to see everything) User side: Browsing and searching methods added(browse by date, browse only specific kind of profiles) Chat room needs fixing, or new chat custom forum(can be 3rd party, but not recognizable) Bidders that can use instant messaging programs will be prefered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
