Google Alerts Posting Bot

I want to use Google Alerts to generate laser targeted traffic in any niche, and I want to automate the process after the alerts have been set up. Therefore, I need a bot built that can access my designated email accounts and click on the links sent by Google Alerts. Once the bot is on the website or blog, I want it to post a comment leaving my information such as name, email address, website URL, and/or a comment depending on the available fields. After the comments have been posted for all of the links in that email, I want the bot to delete the email. I want to be able to load the information in the software that I want the bot to post on the websites or blogs. I want the bot to be able to post different comments based on the keywords in the emails which will be the same keywords I use for my Google Alerts. If I set up 50 keywords in my Google Alerts account, then I need to be able to set up those same 50 keywords in the software along with the specific comments and URLs for that particular keyword that I want the bot to use when posting. Therefore, when Google Alerts send an email to my email account for one of the keywords, I want the bot to go to the website or blog and post the correct comment based on the keyword in the email message. Also I want the bot to be able to use proxies when posting. I will supply the proxies myself. I want the software to be able to use the spintax feature (for example: {John|Mary|Albert|Susan} loves to {talk|text} on the phone.) How much will it cost to design and build a bot like this and how long will it take?
