We got a machine with the PLC program corrupted, we had another machine a twin machine that it is working, the issue is that the program is encripted and the machine manufacturer went out of bussiners 2 years ago, looking for a highly skill programer using Xinje equipment, the configuartion: The panel view is connected through the serial port to the Plc and the 9 drives are connected throught the ethernet cable in a daisy chain configuration. No wiring diagrams are avaliable, but could be generated. Video included, the machine is the one show on 57 seconds to 1:24, the main operation is 2 servos pull a elastic, once is pull to a specific lenght 4 gripers are lowered by a third servo, every griiper is mounted on a servo that rotates them to the weld position once the 3rd servio raises, once the gripper have rotated the 3er servo lowers again to the weld position and a 8th servo lover all the anvils for the welding, after teh ste time for the weld does ocurr the 8th servo raises, the 4 rotary grippers return to their position to take another elastic that the servos 1 and 2 had alreday pull and the 9th servo feed one position the Face mask so a new one is on position. and cycle repeats.

Having seen your video, without wiring diagram, no-one can reprogram the PLC. If you can spend time drawing it up, you have to trace all wires that connects to the PLC inputs and outputs. Also, if you can provide details of all components which are connected to the PLC, if you choose to work with me, I can send you a document template for you to fill. Also, I will need an experienced electrician at your site to help with it, as there will be some backward and forward in our discussions and looking at details.. This will be a development kind of project as we have to work as team to identify and control all the processes. Not sure if it can be done within your budget, so it would be good to chat here to clarify and understand the exact scope of work.
