3D Puzzle / Toy

This is a repost of a project that I posted about 6 weeks ago. I have been let down by the person who said that would be able to complete the project. So anyone who has applied before and would like to again is welcome to. What my client is after is a small program that will work out how many different combinations there are for a toy consisting of 15 blocks (16 with the stand).
