When data changes then the python program has to kill that subprocess and start a new ffmpeg subprocess with the new data in it. We will give you the ffmpeg command that needs to be run using python subprocess. For someone really good at python this is a small task. Errors must be handled well and must be reported and logged. Newbies in python need not apply. Only those who are very good at python can apply. The python code will be running on linux server.
