My first time to send hire request as a non-IT-professional. Apologize if any info is not clear enough. Looking for an expert who is good at setting up models and data analyzing by using programming tools, especially TensorFlow: >>find out the factors which influence the cost by analyzing the data samples >>determine how each factor influences the cost and predict the cost by setting up the cost model >>output: part piece price, tooling cost, rebate and a Cost Breakdown. >>the way of generating the output can be openly discussed, e.g. software client, table database, web application etc. >>the actual data quantity can be much larger than the data sample, like hundreds or thousands of times larger. Please ensure the calculating capability of the tool on a average PC. >>since there will be massive data input in future, the capability and convenience of inputting massive data by the end user should also be considered.
