Typically: 1) Chrome driver can be downloaded automatically at the beginning of the program, or ideally, if the page does not generate content dynamically, the request can be made directly instead of using the browser. 2) This will likely be because of no retry logic programmed into the application. This makes the process brittle as it fails to download files if the first request doesn't succeed. I am available to begin immediately.
