mobile app with AI API

We are looking for a programmer to develop a modular mobile application that facilitates voice interaction with GPT. We are considering using Python along with a system like Whisper (as described in this article: [login to view URL]@stephenslee/build-your-own-personal-voice-ai-assistant-like-alexa-with-openai-gpt3-openai-whisper-and-coqui-6fe4468828e5). However, we are also receptive to other solutions, provided they maintain simplicity and efficiency. Our project will begin with the development of the first module: "Voice Interaction - AI Data Collection." This module, in essence, will function as an independent program and should include its own API. It should be activated on a user's smartphone, where the user can provide voice input that is swiftly transcribed and forwarded to the AI program. Additionally, it should provide an option for users to manually type in their requests. The AI will then process the request, compile a response, and, if necessary, vocally request any missing information. This would initiate another interaction with the user to complete the data set required. The design of the program should accommodate multiple users. If we are satisfied with the results and functionality of the initial module, we anticipate moving on to the development of a second module for data processing. Upon the completion of data collection, this module will relay the data to another program for more extensive data processing and ultimately provide feedback to the user. This second module will also have an interaction with a booking system.
