Problem with the pixel calculating

I have got a problem with calculating the pixel size in the area where the tv guide program buttons are adding. When I added the button controls in the pixel area, it will add the buttons but most of the buttons will not be calculating in the pixel area to get it separate with other button controls. Most of the buttons will be calculating to add in the same pixel area as the other button controls.
