Saudi Insurance Focus Group Moderator

I'm seeking an experienced moderator with excellent facilitation and probing abilities for focus group discussions on Saudi Arabia's insurance industry. Ideal candidates should have a knack for steering conversations towards useful insights. The moderator should be well versed with the dialects of Arabic spoken in Saudi Arabia and should be familiar with the Saudi Arabian culture. Key Role: - Facilitate engaging, timely discussions of approximately 1.5 hours each. These sessions aim to delve into diverse insights about insurance products and consumer experiences concerning them. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proven facilitation abilities - Strong probing skills - Familiarity with the insurance sector, particularly within the Saudi Arabian context - Excellent listener with the capability to discern critical details within conversations - Prior experience moderating focus groups will be highly regarded. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Arabic and English We are keen on hearing from people with the suitable capabilities to contribute to this meaningful project.
