We are a very busy staffing agency, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. we are looking to build our own workforce management system, that will be very easy to use internally. we have tried various solutions that haven't quite worked out to our need, so we decided to try and build our own system. We require a cloud based system that track time and attendance from a punch clock to control labor costs , manage compliance risk and improve workforce productivity. Workforce analytics to provide real-time visibility into workforce placement, productivity and cost structure and lastly payroll integration.
